Q I have made a purchase now what happens?
A You should receive an email with the information needed to send your reading, if you order through the night you will receive it in the morning.
Q I have sent my questions how long will it take?
A The same-day readings will be sent the same day if you purchase and send information by 1 pm UK time. Standard readings are usually 7-10 working days, if I can get them back to you sooner I will, of course, do that.
Q I have ordered a same-day reading when can I expect to receive it?
A As long as you have ordered and sent your information by 1 pm UK time, you will receive it the same day.
Q I have lost my reading, do you have a copy?
A All my readings i keep on my computer for a year, so if you lose it in that time then please email me, the only time I may not have it is if my computer has crashed which is very rare.
Q Are your readings confidential?
A All readings are kept in the strictest of confidence, and your details will not be shared with any 3rd parties.
